A graduate of the International Economics Faculty of the Institute of International Relations in Moscow (MGIMO), Tatiana PANIOUKOVA has worked at the Institute of Research into the International Economy in Moscow and at the central agency of the Soviet Chamber of Commerce, responsible for relations with the Benelux countries.

She has worked for CIFAL since 1991, where she has contributed to the successful implementation of several major construction projects, including a number of projects for Bouygues in Turkmenistan.
