Asgar ALAKBAROV 
Head of the Representative office in Azerbaijan.

37 years old. Graduated from the Azerbaijan State Institute of Administration of National Economy. From 1994 to 2002, he worked for various banks, including HSBC in Baku. From 2003 to 2009, he served as Director in the Ministry of Economy. He was in charge of several major international investment projects in the infrastructure-related sector and reported directly to the Minister.

He speaks fluent Russian and English. He is married and has two children.
