Michael IRGANG

A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines in Paris, Michael IRGANG joined the CIFAL team in Moscow as deputy manager in 1998.

For many years, he has been directly in charge of monitoring contracts in the nuclear fuel cycle field, signed within the frame of cooperation between different entities of the COGEMA and the foreign trade department of the Russian ministry for atomic energy (Techsnabexport, currently an integral part of the Russian nuclear holding company AtomEnergoProm).

In addition, he has participated in several short-term projects in other industrial sectors (market studies and company implantation feasibility studies, economic intelligence, etc.)

Since 2006, he has also developed CIFAL’s activities in the Russian oil sector (sales of equipment and services and business representation for French and European industrial and equipment firms).
