Gilles REMY, 49, holds a DEA and a DESS (post-masters diplomas) in Public Law and International Business Law, and has been Chief Executive Officer of  CIFAL since 1995.

He is also:

 President of the French Association of Companies Specialized in International Trade (OSCI),
 Foreign Trade Advisor for the French government in charge of the Caucasus / Central Asia region within the National Commettee (CNCCEF).
