Matthieu MITTERRAND joined CIFAL GROUPE in 1999 as Director of the Representative Office in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. In 2001, he became Director of CIFAL TURKMENISTAN. From March 2008 he took on the full time duties of General Manager of Asia Gulf Services (AGS), a CIFAL Partner company.

Besides French, he speaks Russian and English.
