CIFAL Azerbaijan

CIFAL was the first French company to develop its activities in Azerbaijan, beginning in 1994 and establishing a permanent office there in 1996. CIFAL operates chiefly as a trading company and provider of commercial services in the oil and oil-related sectors, as well as in infrastructures and construction.
